While motivation is a very strong force, it rarely lasts more than a couple of weeks. Thats why you need habits, to automate certain behaviors that over time can become second nature.
Starting with a small habit, lets you build momentum.
Our Habits module allows you to create several habits and track them on a daily basis with just one tap.

Reviewing your long-term goals is critical to understand who you want to be in a few years. If your goals change, its likely that some of the habits will change over time. Making sure you select a reduced number of goals, will help you to understand which habits are critical in order to make the desired change.
